Close Resource adopt the iProfile

Close Resource, a Bristol based niche IT recruitment company, are pleased to announce that they have just signed a contract with SkillsMarket to become iProfile Compatible.

The iProfile is “the online CV” and over 2 million candidates now own one. Many of the UK’s leading recruitment companies are already compatible with the iProfile, including Hays, Spring and Alexander Mann, and as a result have seen the productivity of their staff increase.

Dan Molloy, Director of Close Resource, explained: “Our success is driven by having access to the best possible information on both active and passive jobseekers. By becoming compatible with the iProfile we will benefit from thousands of updates to our candidate information each week.”

As well as adopting the iProfile, Close Resource will also be implementing SkillsMarket’s CV processing service, iProcess, and its recently launched resourcing tool, iPlace, which plugs into their CRM database to enable their consultants to search against their CV database and HotLists as well as manage job advert responses from a single place. SkillsMarket’s state of the art search engine also provides recruiters with much more accurate search results, ranked by order of relevance.

Molloy continued: “After seeing a demonstration of SkillsMarket’s new resourcing tool, iPlace, we were in no doubt that it would help our recruiters to resource faster, especially as it will enable our consultants to easily maintain up-to-date folders of candidates we can place. More importantly, we believe our decision to adopt the Profile is essential to ensuring we can compete with the bigger IT recruitment companies.”
