Capital International adopt the iProfile

Technical Engineering recruiter Capital International HR Solutions are pleased to announce that they have chosen SkillsMarket to power their recruitment workflow by adopting the iProfile.

The iProfile is “the online CV” and almost 2 million candidates now own one. By adopting the iProfile and rolling out iPlace, SkillsMarket’s award winning resourcing tool across their business, Capital International expect to see a significant increase in the number of interviews and ultimately placements that each consultant can handle over the next year.

Karen Silk, CEO of Capital International, explained: “Having heard a lot of good things about SkillsMarket and the iProfile coupled with more and more of our competitors adopting it, I was intrigued to find out more. Capital International have been established in the industry for more than 20 years, we already had a large database of candidates. Research has shown that on average only 7% of the information held in recruitment companies’ databases is up to date and as a direct result of engaging with SkillsMarket and adopting the iProfile this can rise to over 50%. That translates into ten of thousands more placeable candidates.

Silk continued: “By maintaining an up-to-date candidate database our consultants will no longer need to rely on advertising, resulting in a better service for our clients. SkillsMarket’s resourcing tool will also enable them to locate the best candidates much faster by removing many of the obstacles that prevent them from resourcing faster.”

SkillsMarket’s resourcing tool, which plugs into Capital International’s existing CRM database, Bond Adapt, enables recruiters to search against their CV database and HotLists as well as manage job advert responses from a single place. Its state of the art search engine also provides recruiters with much more accurate search results, ranked by order of relevance.
