MVM join Abraxas by becoming iProfile Compatible

SkillsMarket, one of the UK’s fastest growing solution providers to the recruitment industry, is pleased to announce that MVM Recruitment, an IT recruitment subsidiary of the Vedior Group that provides flexible labour and HR solutions in 35 countries worldwide, has signed a contract to become iProfile Compatible and roll-out SkillsMarket’s award winning resourcing tool, iPlace.

The iProfile is the online CV that has been adopted by almost two million UK jobseekers, enabling them to define as well as update their skills, job preferences and availability easily so that recruiters can more accurately and speedily match them to jobs.

SkillsMarket has built a suite of solutions underpinned by the iProfile and the iProfileExchange that integrates with a recruitment company’s CRM database and job posting provider to enable them to benefit from cost effective data administration, up-to-date candidate information and faster short-listing.

Jim Whelan, Managing Director of MVM, commented: “We looked at a number of different solutions for our CV processing and resourcing needs but SkillsMarket’s solutions proved to be the best option. Abraxas, another IT recruitment company within the Vedior Group, has been iProfile Compatible for over four years. In Recruiter’s recent Hot 100 report they were shown to generate the highest gross profit per employee.
